Philadelphia 76ers guard Seth Curry reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 before the start of the team’s matchup against the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday.
The team didn’t learn of the positive test until after the game started, and Curry was sitting on the bench throughout the first quarter, coming into contact with multiple players and staff members.
According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Sixers are expected to have multiple players miss time due to contact tracing and are still waiting for the results of Friday’s COVID-19 testing.
