Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones has been officially ruled out with a calf injury for the team’s Week 8 matchup with the Minnesota Vikings.
Jones didn’t practice all week after the injury sidelined him in last week’s 35-20 win over the Texans. Jamaal Williams is expected to take over the lead role in the backfield, while A.J. Dillon will most likely receive more reps as well.
Jones has 389 rushing yards and five touchdowns in five games played this season.
