Kevin Durant: Entitled NBA fans need to 'just shut up and watch the game'

Kevin Durant has a suggestion for “entitled” NBA fans who question players’ intensity level at times during the regular season: “Just shut up and watch the game.”

The NBA is a very different league now than it was at the start of the 21st century. The league is far more geared to offensive showcases and has removed a great deal of the physicality that was a staple of the league for decades.

Organizations and players have also drawn the ire of fans by employing strategies to curtail injuries and remain healthy for the playoffs by using what is dubbed as “maintenance days.” There have also been those that question the intensity level players have throughout the regular season. Especially when it comes to the defensive end of the game.
