A few years ago, if you would have told me I’d love baking, I probably would have laughed. I’m a total Carrie Bradshaw when it comes to using my kitchen and would rather use my oven as storage space. Cooking dinner has just never been my thing, but as we’re spending more time at home, I’ve been trying to get more into it. While I’m still not really into making meat or veggies, I realized I love baking. It started with brownies, then a cake, some Saturday morning pancakes, and before I knew it I was looking up how to make chocolate chip muffins from scratch.
