What will a home Super Bowl look like for the Buccaneers?


The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are headed home to host Super Bowl LV.

How rare is this? In 55 Super Bowls, the Bucs will be the first team to play the NFL’s championship game in its home stadium.

Who gets tickets?

On Friday, the league announced that capacity at Raymond James Stadium will be approximately 22,000 fans: 14,500 in paid attendance and 7,500 vaccinated health care workers who will receive free tickets.

What does that mean for Bucs fans wanting to watch their team at home?

Because of the pandemic and the drastic reduction in paid stadium capacity, the number of tickets available to the fan bases of participating teams will be reduced.
