Watch: Stephen Curry leaves game with apparent serious injury

It’s safe to say the Golden State Warriors will not earn a sixth consecutive trip to the NBA Finals.

The team was in the midst of being blown out at home by the Phoenix Suns Wednesday night when two-time NBA MVP Stephen Curry went down in the third quarter with an apparent serious wrist injury.

The play itself is about as ugly as it gets.

Curry was unable to shoot free throws and was immediately ruled out for the remainder of the game.

It’s obviously too early to tell how serious the injury is. However, if the video is any indication, Curry will be out sometime.

Golden State entered Wednesday’s game with a 1-2 record and was down 43-14 to Phoenix after the first quarter.

This comes with Klay Thompson potentially out for the remainder of the season with a torn ACL and Kevin Durant now in Brooklyn.

The end of this dynasty has come crashing down in a big way. Curry’s injury is the latest example of this.
