President Trump tweeted some love to two of his biggest supporters in Hollywood on Friday.
“Academy Award winning actor (and great guy!) @JonVoight is fantastic in the role of Mickey Donovan in the big television hit, Ray Donovan,” Mr. Trump wrote. “From Midnight Cowboy to Deliverance to The Champ (one of the best ever boxing movies), & many others, Jon delivers BIG. Also, LOVES THE USA!”
Mr. Voight routinely tweets videos of himself declaring his support for Mr. Trump and once said he’s the greatest president since Abraham Lincoln. Last week, he posted a video blasting the Democrats’ impeachment effort and accused the party of trying to thwart the president’s mission to save the country.
After praising Mr. Voight, the president thanked Kristy Swanson, the original Buffy the Vampire Slayer and vocal Republican, for her Christmas message declaring her “MAGA” love for the president.
“I love our President, he’s the BEST!” the actress wrote.
“Thank you Kristy, have a great year!” the president responded.
