There’s something about the holiday season that makes me want to buy all of the candles — especially as gifts. Maybe it’s the warmth and coziness of the golden flame or the comforting scents that set the ambience of a clean yet lived-in environment. As an East Coaster who experiences all four seasons (in a week, at times), candles are a great way to set the mood; they’re the finishing touch to a peaceful home. And, let’s be real, any form of heat, even from a candle, is helpful during the winter months. For the holidays, one of my friends gifted me a unique candle called WoodWick from Bed Bath & Beyond, and let me tell you, it was the coolest candle I’ve ever had.
