This 36-Pack of French Rainbow Macarons Is the Reason I Have a Costco Membership

Are cookies a love language? If they are, these French macarons at Costco are definitive proof of love at first sight, in my book. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and filled with a rich cream that makes me question why I don’t have a dedicated dessert shelf in my pantry, macarons are a treat worth splurging on, if you ask me. But Costco is feeding into my dessert fantasies and keeping me on budget with this $15 36-pack of Tipiak macarons in six spring-themed flavors: raspberry, lemon, blueberry, pistachio, blood orange, and white chocolate.

It’s also pretty sweet that they come in a rainbow of colors, which means I can display them beautifully on a plate before demolishing half the pack during a binge session of my favorite Netflix reality shows. Certified Kosher, the macarons are made in France using an authentic French recipe, and I will be nibbling on une, deux, trois — all of them — ASAP. Feast your eyes (and taste buds) on the macarons ahead, and check out this recipe for Fruity Pebbles macarons to snack on until your next Costco run.
