'The NBA needs to drug test them dudes': Josh Hart's postgame comments highlight Celtics' brilliance

The Boston Celtics dismantled the New York Knicks on Tuesday. Joe Mazzulla’s team hit 29-of-61 from the perimeter, running up a lead that got as big as 35 points during the contest. Tom Thibodeau’s roster looked galaxies away from the contending roster we’re led to believe they are.

Boston was so dominant that they tied the Milwaukee Bucks for the most three-point shots made in a game, falling one short of setting a new NBA record. During his postgame news conference, Josh Hart jokingly quipped that the entire Celtics team should be drug tested.

“The NBA needs to drug test them dudes,” Hart joked. “I ain’t ever seen anything like that…They tied an NBA record in 3s. I mean, you always have about three to four games a year where a team just shoots the ball at an absurd clip and sometimes there’s not much you can do about it…Man, they had amazing energy, ring night, and they came out and shot the ball at a clip that I think we’ve only seen once before.”
