The Memorial Tournament concludes on Sunday. Jack Nicklaus is serving as tournament host and elder statement once again and he’ll be there at the end of play to greet the victor.
Defending champ Jon Rahm will not get a chance at the first-place prize of $1,674,000 after he was informed moments after his round that he tested positive for COVID-19. Rahm had nine birdies and built a six-shot lead on Collin Morikawa and Patrick Cantlay but it’ll be those two in the final group after Rahm had to withdrew due to the PGA Tour’s protocols.
Bryson DeChambeau, who shot a 73 on Saturday, stands even after three rounds. He said he had an awesome day and that he wasn’t bothered by the video posted by Brooks Koepka on Friday evening.
