Over the next two months, our NBA senior writer and NBA Draft expert Sam Vecenie will be running through draft and offseason previews for teams in the lottery. The Bulls are one of the true wild cards of the 2020 offseason. This is an offseason of transition, clearly. Following the decision to hand over the basketball operations department from John Paxson to Arturas Karnisovas, the Bulls have a fascinating set of options ahead of them. The roster is talented, but flawed. There are good players on the team, but they haven’t exactly worked well together because former coach Jim Boylen couldn’t figure out how to put together anything resembling a competent offense.
