LASER SHOW was a decent all-weather winner in Dubai earlier this year and came back to that form with a good win at Newmarket latest. He likes this trip and can strike again.

Arbalet is on a long losing run but went close in hot company at Ascot and is on a fair mark.

Fiji has few miles on the clock and should progress but needs a bit more, as does Vale Of Kent.

2.55

WOVEN ran a cracker when second in strong company at Goodwood and can go one better. He likes this trip and goes off the same mark today.

Desert Doctor won this last year and went close at Wolves latest, while Watchable has won two of his past three and has claims under a penalty.

3.25

CRY HAVOC has two wins and a pair of seconds from his four runs and went close here last time. This trip is ideal and he is effectively lower in the weights thanks to his rider’s claim.

Aljari had plenty in hand when winning at Newcastle and will be a threat if repeating that over this extra furlong.

Silver Line has form in stronger races and is worth a market check after a year off.

CURRAGH

2.35

LEMISTA has impressed on all three starts this season especially when winning a Group 2 here last time. This extra furlong shouldn’t be a problem and juice in the ground would be ideal.

Jessica Harrington has two big chances with One Voice who is best over this trip and Cayenne Pepper who was second in the Irish Oaks before failing to stay over further last time.

Magic Wand disappointed at Goodwood but could bounce back.

3.10

GLASS SLIPPERS was so good last season winning the L’Abbaye at Longchamp and ran a cracker behind Battaash in the King George at Goodwood last time.

She goes goes on any ground, has loads of pace for this trip yet stays a bit further. She’s had just two runs this season so should be full of beans.

Que Amoro got within a length of Battaash in the Nunthorpe which was a brilliant run and she’s obviously improved. She really loves York but looks a big danger.

A’Ali was impressive when winning the Sapphire Stakes here. He was behind Que Amoro at York but his liking for the track is in his favour.

3.40

PRETTY GORGEOUS lived up to her name when winning the Debutante Stakes over course and distance last month. She loved the soft ground and clocked a fast time with more to come.

Shale was second that day when finishing off well and looks the main threat again. Teresa Mendoza did well to go close in a Group 3 here last time despite running very green and can grab a place.

MASTER OF THE SEAS put in a Group 1 performance to win the Group 2 Superlative Stakes at Newmarket last time. He travelled so well and left them behind in a matter of strides.

That was over this seven-furlong trip and was just his second run so you would hope for a lot more. He’s already near the head of the betting for next year’s Guineas and you can see why.

Lucky Vega is the clear pick of the home team after winning the Phoenix Stakes here. She shapes like this extra furlong will suit and is more of a threat than Battleground despite his impressive Goodwood win.

4.40

FUJAIRA PRINCE has clocked personal bests on his past two runs and won the Ebor with a bit up his sleeve last time.

He loves this trip, is a real battler and should be fresh enough after just two starts this season. The quality of opposition here is similar to York and he won’t mind if the ground comes up soft.

Sovereign missed the rest of last season after winning the Irish Derby and has been rusty in both comeback runs. He should be fitter now.

Twilight Payment is holding his form well at this trip, while last year’s hero Search For A Song tuned up with a solid third in the Tattersalls Gold Cup over shorter. She won’t be far away.
