We can always count on Starbucks’s secret menu to combine food and pop culture in the most fun and delicious ways. If you’ve already tried the strawberry-flavored Wonder Woman Frappuccino and the cheesecake-flavored Golden Girls Frappuccino, we’ve got the next drink to check off your Starbucks bucket list: the Tiana Frappuccino! The drink is based on Disney’s The Princess and the Frog, and not only is it a fun green color, but the flavors sound irresistible, too.

Created by Holly Walker on totallythebomb.com, here’s how to order the secret Tiana Frappuccino:

  1. Order a grande Green Tea Frappuccino with coconut milk.
  2. Ask for one pump of peppermint syrup.
  3. Ask for whipped cream and mocha cookie crumble topping on the top and bottom of the cup.
  4. Thank your barista!

If you’d like a different size, the recipe only changes a little. If you want a tall instead of a grande, no worries — the recipe stays the same. For a venti, just ask for two pumps of peppermint syrup instead of one. And if you have kids who want to enjoy this bayou princess drink but you’re worried about the caffeine levels, we’ve got you. The tall has 50 milligrams, the grande has 70, and the venti has 95. Comparatively, a 12-ounce can of caffeinated soda has around 30 to 40 milligrams, so the tall version of this Frappuccino has a little more caffeine than a soda. While baristas can make some Starbucks drinks caffeine-free upon request, they can’t change this one, unfortunately, since the caffeine comes from the matcha in the tea.

If you can’t get enough of the Disney princess magic at Starbucks, we suggest trying the Cinderella Latte next. Yep, the Tiana Frappuccino isn’t the only princess drink you can order! We’re officially enchanted.
