Roundtable: What to expect from the NBA’s Atlantic Division this season


With NBA training camps rapidly approaching, now is a good time to take an in-depth look at the Atlantic Division, which has recently become a land of madness.

Here’s a roundtable featuring Celtics writer Jay King, 76ers writer Derek Bodner, Raptors writer Eric Koreen and Knicks writer Mike Vorkunov. King will also answer certain questions about the Nets.

What would most surprise you about the Atlantic Division now if you just woke up from a six-month nap?

Koreen: The championship banner hanging from Scotiabank Arena as of Oct. 22.

Vorkunov: I’d be surprised that Kevin Durant guy is in Brooklyn now — and not at MSG. And that Kyrie Irving is with him. And Kemba Walker in Boston. And Al Horford in Philly. Wow, a lot of stuff has happened while I was sleeping.
