We’re a month away from NBA training camps getting underway, but the team-specific over/unders have been released, along with odds for the title and a few of the major individual awards. Below are my favorite bets, in no particular order. All stats are via Cleaning the Glass unless noted otherwise. The odds listed are courtesy of BetOnline.

Raptors over 46 wins: -110

The last time the Raptors won fewer than 48 games was in 2012-13, and I don’t think the streak ends this season. Here’s the breakdown on how the defending champs fared without Kawhi Leonard last regular season, per NBA.com: 17-5 overall; 13-0 against non-playoff teams and 4-5 against playoff teams. Playing in the Eastern Conference, they can still feast on the bottom-feeders even with OG Anunoby replacing Leonard. The Raptors have the mix of veteran personnel and coaching to still rank in or near the top five in defense. The downside here is straightforward with an aging core, but the bet is that…
