As a result of that win last year, the darts icon boosted his bank account by a staggering £275,000 – he sits second in the PDC Order of Merit.
World champion Luke Humphries is currently on top of the Premier League after winning three of the last four nights.

The Premier League Darts 2024 is now underway having started on Thursday, February 1.
The competition will conclude on Thursday, May 23 at the O2 in London.
