Royal 2, Red 0: Royal’s Juliana Constantinople opened the scoring at the 1:50 mark of the opening half with Olivia Haag picking up an assist on the play. It took until the final minute of the game to see another puck hit the back of the net, with Royal doubling its lead on an unassisted goal from Mia Lopata. Ashlyn Lewis and Lexington Secreto combined for a 12-save shutout.
White 4, Navy 3 (OT): Navy jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first half with goals from Jessica Ciarrocchi and Beth Sinson. Kaley MacDonald and McKenzie Rich picked up the helpers in the opening 23 minutes and goalie Caitlin Boudiette stopped all 18 shots she faced. White’s Emilie Prive brought White within one early in the second half before Navy regained its two-goal lead when Ella Fesette scored at the 6:20 mark. From that point on, it was all White, who used goals from heather Mcavoy, Kassia Brooks and Samantha Brooks to even the score at the end of regulation. The game-winner came from White’s Samantha DeLeo netted the game winner with just over a minute left in the overtime period.
Black 3, Gray 1: After a scoreless first half, Genevieve Hendrickson got Black on the board 4:58 into the second frame. Kylie Roberts added to the lead at the 11:18 mark with Makenna Deering picking up an assist. Five minutes later, Aylah Cioffi and Allison Green assisted on Sophia Urban’s goal to give Black a 3-0 lead. Tristana Tatur netted the only goal for Gray, linking up with Alyssa Wruble who picked up the assist. Between the pipes, Black’s Josephine Bothun stopped all 13 shots she faced.
Light Blue 3, Gold 1: Sydney Rarick gave Light Blue an early 1-0 lead with a tally at 8:38 of the opening half before Emma Schmitz evened the score with 36 seconds to play in the half. Light Blue’s Grace Kuipers and Emma Thomas registered goals in the second half to help the team finish undefeated in pool play.
