Baltimore Police homicide detectives are investigating a report of skeletal remains found in a vacant home in East Baltimore’s CARE neighborhood.
Police said that at about 9 a.m. Tuesday, detectives will be in the 2200 block of East Fayette Street, which will be closed to traffic for “the duration of the investigation.”
