Class act! Nicole Kidman rocks out to husband Keith Urban’s new album Ripcord in energetic video clip as she sits in the makeup chair on set of Big Little Lies

Nicole Kidman showed how much she loves husband Keith Urban’s music when she rocked out to his new album in the makeup chair.

In a hilarious video posted to her Facebook page, the dual Oscar-winning actress couldn’t help but dance along to a track – even while her stylist was trying to finish her hair.

Kidman’s jam started by tapping her feet and bopping her shoulders to the song Wasted Time from her hubby’s Ripcord album, which went on sale last Friday.

Still wearing a white smock in her dressing room, she began swaying from side to side and singing many (but not all) of the words into a smartphone camera.

As she gets more into the music, the 48-year-old made numerous sweeping hand movements while watching herself in the mirror.

All the while, her stylist was trying to put the finishing touches on her immaculately red bun in preparation for shooting a scene of her upcoming TV show Big Little Lies.

The stylist does an admirable job working around the star’s constantly-moving head, and can’t help but crack a smile at her antics.

She appeared happy and exciting for her husband's album launch throughout the video

Kidman only broke her composure once when the stylist tripped on a cord and pulled two hair straighteners off a nearby table, breaking out into a laughing fit for several seconds.

The proud wife on Friday posted a snap of her watch a live stream of Urban performing another song from the new album, saying she was loving it.

Speaking to ET about the album, Keith confessed that his actress wife actually played a major role during the song-writing process.

‘I’m interested in how I respond just when she’s listening. Without her saying anything, I have a particular response that’s not necessarily the same without her.

‘So, it’s important. I need the girl view!’ he quipped. 

Urban, 48, will tour Australia in December to promote his new work.

Big Little Lies is an upcoming seven-episode HBO series with a high-powered cast including Kidman, Reese Witherspoon, and Alexander Skarsgård.

Based on a book by the same name, it is a dark drama tackling bullying and domestic violence in outer suburban Sydney.

Kidman and Urban have been married almost ten years and have two daughters together, seven-year-old Sunday Rose and five-year-old Faith Margaret.
