While NBA players aren’t the first in line to get the COVID-19 vaccine, they’ll have the opportunity to get vaccinated at some point in the near future. With that in mind, the league released a public service announcement regarding the vaccine.
Hall of Famer and Los Angeles Lakers legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar announced that he will be taking the coronavirus vaccine and is encouraging his peers to do the same.
