With the NBA regular season coming to a close, the only reliable way to continue betting on player props is to find the teams who have something worth playing for.
As it happens, there are quite a few meaningful games Sunday, and even better, there are multiple spots with an opponent generous to three-point shots.
With that, we continue our betting foray in the NBA market, focused on hunting down volume and laddering up three-point props.
Darius Garland
The Cavaliers are currently in flux with their seeding, motivated to maintain their spot as the eighth seed or higher.
Cleveland could get to the seventh seed and host the first play-in game (and second if they lose the first), so I expect the usual rotation and roles for the Cavs Sunday.
They’ll face a Bucks team allowing the most threes per game this season. Plus, Milwaukee isn’t likely to play its starters very much.
We roll with Garland, who is averaging 6.5 attempts from deep in his past ten games and has been efficient lately, making 3+ in five of his past seven.

Klay Thompson
Golden State is looking to secure the third seed in the Western Conference, which is most definitely something worth playing for.
They should face little resistance to get going against a New Orleans team allowing the eighth-most threes per game and the eighth-highest shooting percentage from deep this season.
Thompson is averaging an absurd 13.2 three-point attempts per game in his past five, making him our choice here.
Klay has also been rolling with makes, going over five threes in four of his past five.

Mike Conley
Utah will be motivated to win Sunday with the goal of securing the fifth seed in the West with a victory.
They’ll get one of our favorite targets today in Portland, who have allowed the third-most threes per game this year and have let opponents shoot 37.2% from deep (second-highest).
Mike Conley is my preferred shooter here, as he is averaging 7.6 three-point attempts per game in his past five. It always helps to see the makes, with 3+ in four of the last five, and he’s got some awesome odds here.
