Hello, and welcome to the final edition of this year’s MLB Photos of the Week.

I sort of can’t believe I am writing this, but this means we have successfully made it through the 2020 MLB season. It seemed iffy there for a while back in July, but things managed to work out and we arrived at what now feels like an inevitable conclusion, and one many predicted from the jump: the Los Angeles Dodgers are World Series champions. In what was undoubtedly one of the weirdest seasons in baseball, the end result felt pretty natural. (I don’t want to brag, but I sort of nailed it. Maybe you did, too.)

It turned out to be a great Series: The Tampa Bay Rays proved to be formidable — and unbelievably fun — competitors, coming just a few questionable moves away from pushing this year’s Fall Classic to its limit.
