Meet the 2 New Plant-Based Iced Coffee Drinks Joining Starbucks's Permanent Menu

Iced coffee weather is upon us, and Starbucks is here to satisfy our caffeine fix with new plant-based coffee drinks. Starting March 2, the beloved coffee chain is adding iced espressos in two new flavors to its permanent lineup: The Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso is a combination of Starbucks’s Blonde espresso, brown sugar, and cinnamon, and topped with oat milk, while the Iced Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso mixes Blonde espresso, cocoa, and notes of malt, and is finished with almond milk. Yum!

The new drinks are described as having a “delicate sweetness,” so if you’re a fan of Starbucks’s slightly sweet, tasty cold brew beverages, we have a feeling you’ll want to try these iced espressos. The additions are joined by the Chickpea Bites & Avocado Protein Box, which offers 15 grams of protein, as well as the permanent national rollout of oat milk at all Starbucks locations. Get a closer look at the new menu items ahead, and get ready to craft your orders starting tomorrow.
