Manchester City cruised to a 1-0 win over rivals Chelsea to take a significant step closer to another Premier League title.
Kevin De Bruyne’s superb individual goal in the second half secured the three points for the home side and was the least Manchester City deserved.
The 1-0 scoreline was the same margin of victory that Manchester City achieved at Stamford Bridge in September. They dominated for long periods just like they did four months ago.
It means Pep Guardiola’s side have moved 13 points clear of Chelsea at the top of the table and are very strong favourites to retain their crown.
