Man United hierarchy 'are set to meet just 48 hours after Aston Villa clash' with under-fire Erik ten Hag's future under scrutiny after poor start to the season


The Manchester United hierarchy are set to meet in London 48 hours after Sunday’s game away to Aston Villa.

As reported by The Athletic, the future of United manager Erik ten Hag is under increased scrutiny following the club’s recent results.

Part-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe will be in attendance at the meeting along with Sir Dave Brailsford.

Chief executive Omar Berrada, sporting director Dan Ashworth and technical director Jason Wilcox will also be present, while United co-chairman Joel Glazer will fly in from the USA.

Others scheduled to attend include United’s chief financial officer Roger Bell and chief operating officer Collette Roche.
