The couple welcomed daughter Sloane Haggerty almost one year ago on May 29.

And in Belfast, Ireland on Thursday, Macklemore and wife Tricia Davis witnessed one of the most overwhelming moments in the lives of new parents.

Their tiny 11-month-old took her first steps, witnessed by both of them. the rapper is currently on the UK leg of his tour.

The Instagram clip begins with wife Tricia picking Sloane up off the floor to see if she will walk on her own.

After helping her secure her balance, the tiny tot wriggles free and immediately falls to the floor.

Proud dad Macklemore is in awe throughout the duration of the milestone, raising his hands in the air and shouting in excitement as his daughter successfully competes her task.

While the duo are clearly overwhelmed with joy -and looking as if though they would shed tears at any moment – little Sloane looks back at her parents, clearly wanting a piece of the action.

The tiny tot crawls toward them, with her papa eventually scooping her up off the ground.
