COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — USA Hockey announced today that Mac Swanson (Anchorage, Alaska) has been added to the 2022 U.S. Junior Select Team that will compete in the World Junior A Challenge from Dec. 11-18 in Cornwall, Ontario.

Swanson recently represented the U.S. at the 2022 Five Nations Tournament where he tallied one goal and four assists in four games to help the U.S. to a second-place finish.
In his first season with the Fargo Force of the United States Hockey League, Swanson has tallied seven goals and 23 points in 18 games.
Swanson is committed to skate at the University of North Dakota for the 2024-25 season.
The U.S. will face Canada East in a pre-tournament game on Friday, Dec. 9, at 7 p.m. ET before opening competition on Sunday, Dec. 11, against Canada West at 5 p.m. ET.
