Clubbing has been off the table for the better half of the past 18 months – but now it’s back in all its sweaty glory.

All over the country, clubs have been throwing open their doors and welcoming people back to the neglected dancefloors.

And now one famous London institution is putting on an event to throw clubbers in at the deep end after a lengthy hiatus.

London’s Fabric is hosting a huge birthday bash – a 39-hour party boasting DJs, dancing and more, over the course of three days.

The marathon event is to mark the venue’s 22nd birthday and will be split up into two parts: a Friday night opening celebration and a Saturday session that will run all the way through until 5am on Monday morning.

One thing is for sure, you’ll need stamina to get through this three-day party.

But if you’re not as hardcore as you used to be pre-pandemic, you can dip in and out – depending on your ticket.

Proceedings will kick off with a drum ‘n’ bass-meets-jungle night on October 22 with Emerald, Goldie and Mantra.

Then, Ricardo Villalobos, Anna Wall, Seth Troxler and Sonja Moonear will keep things flowing on Saturday – and more acts will be announced over the coming weeks.

Earlier this year, Fabric introduced a strict no photo and video policy – echoing the likes of Berghain in Berlin.

So if you’re hoping to capture some snaps of the upcoming mammoth event, you’ll have to think again.

A post shared by the club said: ‘Fabric is London’s home for underground music, always aiming to create a feeling of self-expression on the dance-floor. We are introducing a strict no photo, and no video policy at the club.

‘Stay in the moment and put away your phone, enjoy the night.’
