The unusual circumstances brought on by COVID-19 have created an unusual situation for the NBA that presents an exciting opportunity for experimentation. There has already been intriguing reporting and speculation about how the league could both return and determine a champion with some indication that Commissioner Adam Silver is open to an uncommon resolution.
