BIRMINGHAM, MIch. — An investment fund managed by Lakeview Capital, Inc. has closed its acquisition of The Mochi Ice Cream Co., maker of My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream and the one of the largest branded manufacturers of mochi ice cream in North America. Lakeview Capital acquired the company from Century Park Capital Partners.
