Kyrie Irving did not play in the Brooklyn Nets’ game against the Boston Celtics on Wednesday, and he won’t play in Friday’s game either.
The Nets released their injury report Thursday, which stated that Irving was ruled out for Friday’s rematch with Boston.
Irving has not played since Nov. 14 due to a shoulder impingement. He suffered the injury against Utah on Nov. 12 and tried to play through it two days later with poor results.
Irving does not have a timetable for his return.
