The return of the star center will be a huge boost for the 76ers. While Philadelphia is 7-3 in its last 10 games, the Sixers currently are the No. 6 seed in the Eastern Conference.
In Embiid’s absence, All-Star guard Ben Simmons stepped up as a scorer and proved he could be more aggressive by driving to the basket. If he can maintain that style of play with Embiid, and the All-Star center stays healthy, the 76ers could climb in the standings once again.
