Rumblings out of Malcolm Brogdon’s camp following the conclusion of the 2018-19 season were that he would try to find his way to another team outside of Milwaukee. Sticking around in Milwaukee and having to battle Eric Bledsoe for starting point guard duties just didn’t appeal to someone also looking to cash out in restricted free agency this summer. While the Bucks had the opportunity to match any offer sheet for Brogdon, being able to get something for him in return while also not letting the luxury tax destroy them in the future became the priority. Now, Brogdon is headed to the Pacers to start next to Victor Oladipo, and the Bucks receive some picks in return.
