The Chargers (6-5) head to Cincinnati this weekend for a pivotal AFC matchup with the Bengals (7-4).

Both teams are currently in postseason position. The Bengals are in fifth place in the AFC. The Chargers are in seventh. This game Sunday afternoon could have huge ramifications at the end of the season, as head-to-head matchups are the first tiebreaker for the three wild-card spots. The Chargers’ playoff hopes could very well hinge on this game. Eight AFC teams enter Week 13 with either six or seven wins, including all four teams in the AFC West, and 6-6 is a whole lot different than 7-5.

Some injury news before we get into your questions.

Cornerback Asante Samuel Jr. (concussion) and safety Alohi Gilman (quad) have both been ruled out. Tevaughn Campbell is likely to start at corner in place of Samuel. Trey Marshall will fill in for Gilman as the second safety in dime packages.

Left guard Matt Feiler practiced fully Friday and is in line to start Sunday. Defensive lineman Linval Joseph is out for this game, as he remains on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Joseph will miss his third straight game. He missed the Week 11 win over the
