Gulfstream Park’s 20-cent Rainbow 6 went unsolved for the 12th consecutive racing day Saturday, producing a carryover for Sunday’s 11-race program of $321,360.96.
Multiple tickets with all six winners Saturday returned $507.90.
First race post Sunday is 1:15 p.m. The Rainbow 6 sequence will include two maiden special weight events for 2-year-olds. One of those races, for juvenile fillies at 7 ½ furlongs on the turf, will include the racing debut for Liraz, a daughter of Triple Crown winner American Pharoah.
The carryover jackpot is only paid out when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day’s pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.
The Rainbow 6 was last solved July 6, when one lucky bettor hit for a $173,583.90 jackpot payoff.
