The 20-cent Rainbow 6 at Gulfstream Park West continued to elude bettors Saturday, going unsolved for the 34th consecutive racing day of the Fall Turf Festival to produce a $861,911.75 carryover jackpot for Sunday’s program.

There will also be a Super Hi 5 carryover of $2,100.82,
The carryover jackpot is only paid out when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day’s pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.
The Rainbow 6 carryover jackpot stood at $822,386 at the start of Rainbow 6 wagering Saturday, when a total of $164,710 was bet into the multi-race pool.
The Rainbow 6 was solved at Gulfstream Park for a $2.2 million jackpot payoff Sept. 27 after going unsolved for 47 consecutive racing days.
