BALTIMORE — Fuchs North America launched The Braising Box, a line of seasonings, bases and flavors inspired by popular cooking methods.

The collection features four seasoning blends and bases ideal for seafood, meat and desserts: Grilled Cobbler Seasoning, Osso Buco Seasoning, Smoky Brisket 2.0 Seasoning and Szechuan Ginger Broth Base.

“Consumers want their food to tell a story, and they also have been pushing for more complex flavors,” said Shannon Cushen, director of marketing at Fuchs North America. “As a result, call-outs to specific cooking methods and the flavors that they evoke have been growing rapidly across categories. Think ‘grilled,’ ‘smoky’ and ‘roasted’ flavors.”
