France vs Germany – Euro 2020: Live score, team news and updates

LIVE: France vs Germany – clash of the titans as the reigning World Cup champions face off against Joachim Low’s men in Munich with Les Bleus aiming to show why they are the favourites to win Euro 2020

Munich will host a feast of talent on Tuesday night as France and Germany contest one of the biggest games of Euro 2020 so far.

The reigning world champions are bidding to make a good start to their tricky group stage, dubbed as a ‘group of death’ featuring the Germans, Portugal and Hungary, with Didier Deschamps backed by many bookies as the favourites to win the trophy.

They face a Germany side which is not quite the giant of international football it once was – with the 2014 World Cup winners in something of a transition period after a turbulent year of results. Boss Joachim Low is set to leave at the end of the competition but will be hoping to cause a shock against Les Bleus.

His players will be up against it as they aim to stop the likes of Kylian Mbappe and N’Golo Kante, but they will have home advantage as they welcome France to the Allianz Arena in Munich. Kick off is at 20:00 BST.
