Most people have a love hate relationship with push-ups, but they shouldn’t. Push ups don’t require any equipment, can be modified for different abilities and are fantastic for the golf swing. 

This upper body exercise can increase power while maintaining a stable core. It also strengthens your upper body which can result in higher club head speed and an increase in distance.
