What it means: Jeffrey Lurie said on Monday that Staley would be a candidate. He interviewed for the head-coaching job during the last hiring cycle in 2016. The Eagles know him well, so an interview would likely focus on Staley’s vision and staff. Staley has been with the organization as a coach for 10 seasons.
