Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On May 12, 2022, the Company held its Annual Combined Meeting of Shareholders
(“Annual General Meeting”). At the Annual General Meeting, the Company’s
shareholders voted on the twenty-seven proposals set forth below. The voting
results with respect to each matter voted upon at the Annual General Meeting are
set forth below. A more detailed description of each proposal is set forth in
the Company’s Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission
on April 25, 2022.

Within the authority of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting:

    1.   The resolution approving the annual financial statements for the year
         ended on December 31, 2021 was approved, based on the following votes:
