Damian Lillard and recognizing the ‘moment of truth’ that defines Dame Time


The phenomenon known as Dame Time rolled through Oklahoma City on Tuesday, and once again it was a sight to see.

Three-pointers: Deep. Deeper. Real deep. And then 30-feet deep. All four of them true.

It wasn’t just the depth of the shots, it was the timing, and the impact of each shot. The Trail Blazers led by as many as 24 points in the third quarter, but deep into the fourth quarter, they found themselves trailing by five points.

And that’s when Dame Time and the deep 3s started dropping.
