College football Championship Week expert predictions, odds: Georgia vs. Alabama, Michigan vs. Iowa highlight Week 14

Welcome to Championship Week, where rivalries are renewed, history is made, and most importantly, the College Football Playoff picture takes shape in the final days leading up to selection. All 10 FBS conferences take the field either Friday or Saturday in search of their 2021 champion. While all 10 games are meaningful, each is different from the rest.

For some schools, bragging rights are on the line. Others are in a position to win their program’s first conference championship game. And then there are the heavy hitters, where CFP fates will be decided. Kicking off Saturday’s slate, Oklahoma State could make things interesting for the CFP selection committee when it plays its first-ever Big 12 Championship Game. A few hours later, Alabama faces No. 1 Georgia. Cincinnati continues its quest for perfection (and a CFP bid) at the same time while Michigan caps off the weekend with a chance to secure a CFP bid and win the Big Ten for the first time in 17 years.

Take a closer look at the betting lines and breakdowns for every single conference championship game here.

All times Eastern. All games Saturday unless noted otherwise. All odds from BetMGM and updated at Noon Eastern Saturday. All rankings reflect the CFP poll. Please note expert picks are against the spread, not straight up.

Western Kentucky at UTSA – 7 p.m. Friday on CBSSN

If the first Western Kentucky-UTSA clash was any indication of how the second meeting might go, we’re in for an exciting start to Championship Week. UTSA won the initial game in a 52-46 shootout. Frank Harris threw six touchdowns in that win on an afternoon where 1,234 total yards were gained.
