Clippers reportedly showing interest in signing Al Horford


Al Horford is headed for a split with the Boston Celtics, which has left everyone wondering where he is headed. The LA Clippers could be that team.

News emerged on Tuesday that Horford was opting out of his contract with the Celtics to become a free agent. Later that day, The Boston Herald’s Steve Bulpett said Horford was expected to leave to sign a four-year deal with another team.

Though the Dallas Mavericks have been mentioned as a candidate to sign him, The New York Times’ Marc Stein said Dallas will not be offering him a four-year deal. The other team that seems to be most tied to Horford is the Clippers.
