Today, Xiaomi released the first two smartphones of 2021, the Redmi 9T and Note 9T 5G. In addition, the company launched a chic security camera and a smart clock, named Xiaomi Mi 360 ° Home Security Camera 2K Pro and Mi Smart Clock.
The 3MP sensor security camera can record video at a resolution of 2304×1296. The device is equipped with a new generation of AI human detection algorithm, intended to identify human silhouettes with a lower error rate. Of course, the Xiaomi Mi 360 ° Home Security Camera can be
controlled with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
The Xiaomi Mi Smart Clock has a compact and minimalist design with a 3,97-inch color touchscreen display that (clearly) shows the time, but also the weather, the calendar, and it can also work as a digital photo frame.
Google Assistant and Chromecast are integrated, so the device can in fact be used as a home AIoT control and entertainment hub, allowing voice control of different smart devices. The Xiaomi Smart Clock can play music and multimedia content from smartphones and videos from the security camera. The smart table clock has several special modes, like “Sunrise” which gradually increases the brightness of the display and the volume of the ringtone, for a smooth waking-up process.
In Europe, the Mi Smart Clock and the Mi 360 ° Home Security Camera 2K Pro will be available starting March and will cost € 59,99 each.
