THE FULL prize money for the Champions League and Uefa’s other top club competitions have been revealed.
Chelsea celebrated winning Europe’s most prestigious competition in May after they defeated Manchester City.
That was the second time that the Blues have gone all the way in the Champions League.
Now the cash prize they will receive if they retain their crown next summer has been revealed.
Whoever goes on to lift the trophy will pocket a minimum of £75.4million – which is without the added revenue of TV money.
The Champions League group stages get underway this week and each club that qualified for this stage has already netted a £13.33m windfall – with Manchester United and City, Liverpool and Chelsea representing the Premier League.
For each victory teams will net a cash prize of £2.39m while a draw will earn them £770,000.
Qualification into the knockout stage will bag a prize of £8.18m while making it to the quarter-finals will land a cool £9m.

£10.65m will be the cash incentive for reaching the last four while both finalists will earn at least £13.21m with an additional £2.98m for the winners.
Winning the Champions League will also seal a place in the Uefa Super Cup against whoever wins the Europa League.
Both of those sides will receive an additional £2.98m for that.
The Champions League winners will also bag a £3.83m cash prize, with the Europa victors landing £3.41m.
That means that whoever goes all the way in the Champions League will bag at the very least £75.4m for their efforts while whoever lifts the Europa League trophy will pocket £22.32m.
This season has also seen the introduction of Uefa’s new Europa Conference League.
Every side that has qualified for that competition has banked £2.47m.
Each win in that stage will earn a club £426,035.
And whoever goes all the way in the governing body’s latest competition will be rewarded with a £12.87m reward.
