She’s known for her signature silky golden tresses.
But former Channel [V] presenter Carissa Walford mixed things up a little bit as she attended the InStyle and Audi Women Of Style Awards on Thursday night.
The 28-year-old coloured her hair a pale pink hue to match her soft suede pastel plunging dress.

Her locks were also styled into intricate braids and featured metal detailing throughout.
Carissa kept her accessories to a minimum, wearing a few rings on her fingers and pairing her ensemble with nude strappy sandals.
For makeup, her bold brows were the focus and she accentuated her pretty blue eyes with a copper eye shadow.
Carissa recently revealed that her ‘busy’ workload in Australia has prevented her from actively finding an entertainment hosting gig in the U.S.
‘I’m hoping to go back over there as soon as possible, but stuff keeps popping up here,’ the TV personality told Daily Mail Australia.
Speaking about her busy career, the blonde beauty admitted: ‘It’s been quite amazing. I’ve been working with Pedestrian [TV] quite a lot.
Matching: The 28-year-old’s tresses matched her very daring plunging attire
‘I did a big Holden doco series which involved interviewing inspiring young women in business. So, there are 12 episodes of that and that has started to roll out.
I’m just going with the flow. That’s the nature of the industry.’
Apart from working with high profile clients, Carissa revealed she was hoping to launch her own web series in the coming days.
Although, she kept tight-lipped and wouldn’t reveal the name and theme of the web based show just yet.
The main focus: Carissa let her dress and new hair do the talking by wearing barely any accessories
‘People are changing the way that they view entertainment and I want to keep up with the way that they view entertainment – you know the world and the Internet,’ she confessed.
‘I’m a creative person and I like watching things come to life.’
Carissa announced she was moving on from the Foxtel network channel in December 2015 in the hope of making it big in Hollywood.
The blonde beauty was 23 when she joined Danny Clayton, Billy Russell and Jane Gazzo on Channel V, and credited the channel for helping her develop personally and professionally over the last few years.
Intricate: She wore her pink hair in intricate braids with metal detailing
Three month after her departure, Foxtel announced Channel [V] would air for the last time.
The pop culture journalist said she was ‘shocked’ at the sudden closure of the long-running channel.
‘It was my dream job that I ended up doing for five years or so,’ she said.
‘So it was a real big shock for a lot of people in the music and the television industry.’
Disappointed at the prospect of not being able to hand the presenting reigns to the next up-and-coming presenter, she said the entertainment industry was changing rapidly and opening new doors to eager reporters.
‘I was that girl once that came through the beginning looking up to Andrew G (now Osher Gunsberg) and Yumi Steins,’ she said.
‘It is a little bit sad that you can’t pass this exact reigns down to somebody else.
‘I know a lot of people out there – a lot of girls and a lot of guys that are wanting to get into journalism, entertainment and music. They always ask how did you get that role or how did you get that job.
‘But the entertainment industry is changing quite rapidly and people are changing the way view TV.
‘New doors are opening.’
Before TV, Carissa was an NRL cheerleader and had actually entered the 2009 Miss Universe Australia pageant.
