MICHAIL ANTONIO helped himself to a double in his first Premier League game in a month to send West Ham up to fifth in the table.
The Hammers proved to be too good for Burnley at Turf Moor despite having to come from behind after Chris Wood opened the scoring from the penalty spot.
Antonio quickly put the visitors back on level terms after heading back across Nick Pope’s goal.
And in the 29th minute he put West Ham into the lead after getting on the end of Said Benrahma’s fizzing delivery.
Both sides had chances in the second half, but the London outfit held on for the win to leapfrog Tottenham in the table.
They are now just three points behind fourth-placed Chelsea, while the Clarets remain in 16th spot.
