While the 49ers played one of the fastest games of the season on Sunday — their blowout win over the Patriots was over in 2:44 — their upcoming opponent, the Seahawks, played a nearly four-hour contest that they lost in overtime.

The Seahawks played 84 snaps on offense and defense while most of the 49ers’ starting defenders were on the sideline for the final series. The unit played only 52 snaps total. All of which ought to minimize the fact that the 49ers will be visiting Seattle a week after making their longest trip of the season.
